The Mizoram Basketball Association and NBN23 signed a multi-year agreement to digitise performance statistics of basketball players for the future MSL seasons and MBBA recognised tournaments at Park Plaza Hotel, Ludhiana on 6th November, 2023.
NBN23 is a Spanish based sports technology company that aims to digitise amateur basketball worldwide. They currently have multi-year contracts with basketball organisations in 70+ countries covering over 25 lakh players.
NBN23 had also successfully run a pilot program in the previous MSL season (MSL8) with their NBN23 Swish mobile phone app in collaboration with the Mizoram Basketball Association. The MBBA would now be the first basketball association in India to digitise its player's performance statistics.
